Coventry airport is situated just of the Toll Bar Roundabout of the A45 Roundabout south Coventry. There are two entrances to the airport, most of the commercial flights require you to go the passenger terminal which is located at Coventry Airport South on Siskin Parkway West, Middlemarch Industrial Estate, Coventry Airport is located 3 miles South East of Coventry City. Its main runway, which has just been resurfaced, is over 1 mile in length and has been used by aircraft up to Airbus A300 size. This type of aircraft is nearly 3 times heavier than the Boeing 737-500 .The runway approaches are mainly over open land and have much less environmental impact than, for example, the approach over Birmingham City into Birmingham Airport's South-Easterly runway.
